PHILOSOPHY OF EDUCATION
The school as an institution is charged with the responsibility of giving a sound and complete education to the youth. Kainos Learning Institute supports and embodies this responsibility as well as endorses and implements the objectives set by the Department of Education.
With the Bible as the basis of the principles we abide by, we aim:
To promote the spiritual, moral, intellectual, cultural and physical development of the youth;
To develop an awareness of and responsiveness to the changes taking place in society;
To intensify the child/youth’s knowledge and identification with, and love for the country and people;
To equip him with the knowledge and skills that would enable him to meet the challenges and demands of the changing world or era he will find himself in.
This education will turn our youth will well-rounded personality and who with a good knowledge and love for his Creator will be able to engage in honest and gainful work when he is on his own.
Our quality education, balanced by high spiritual standards, offering and trainings that our youth embrace will turn out a generation of young adults who would serve God with their best and outstanding efforts.

We envision ourselves to be an agent of change to all students who will be under our care and be able to produce students who are successful, responsible and respectable leaders, role models, fearful of God influencing families and communities,creating and impact and make a difference to the whole world.

As Christian School, KLI works for the development of the whole person who recognizes one’s Christian role and responsibility as a builder of God’s Kingdom through a constant encounter with Christ and others.
As a Filipino School, KLI is dedicated to the task of producing well rounded citizens who can preserve and witness relevant and wholesome Filipino culture, values and attitudes.
As the Ministry of New Life Christian Center, KLI is committed to the development of an aware and responsible individual ever willing and ready to serve God and fellowmen especially the needy and the underprivileged with Christ as the center of one’s life and the role model.
THE FOUNDERS
Dr. Efriem and Elma Molina
In 1999 Visionaries and Founders Ptrs. Efriem A. Molina and Elma C. Molina-Senior Pastors of New Life Christian Center - Sta. Rosa dreamt of putting up a Learning Center which was first housed in one of the rooms of New Life Christian Center located at Waltermart Building in Balibago, Sta Rosa City. A dream come into reality where seven kids of the church members pioneered the said Learning Center. Days and years go by, and by God’s power and grace the school bloomed where more kids of the church members were enrolled in it program where later on, in 2006 the school was named KAINOS LEARNING INSTITUTE INC.
In March 2007 the school became member of Private Schools’s Association of the City of Sta. Rosa (PRISAA - STA. ROSA) and to LAGUNA PROVINCE PRIVATE SCHOOLS ADMINISTRATIONS as well (LAPPRISADA) and later onn 2025 became a member of NATIONAL ALLIANCE FOR PRIVATE SCHOOLS PHILIPPINES (NAPSPHIL).
The school has achieved recognition due to its students’ assessment result both for the National Achievement Test and the Regional Achievement Test for grades 5 and 6 pupils in 2011 in the City of Sta. Rosa, zealous in pursuing the vision God gave them for the school and so in June 2010 the high school department was given birth and there twelve students who pioneered the said program where three of them are the ones who has been connected to the school since it was founded and in 2001 the school was granted its government permit by DEPED and was already allowed to offer First and Fourth Curriculum Years. For now the school will keep on going to its journey, its visionaries and founders will keep on dreaming, hoping, believing and praying that its Institution will raise up men and women who will bring change in its society not only through academic know-how but by the power of the Holy Spirit.
The year 2012 is really a year of manifestation for the school for this year the High School department was granted by the Department of Education its Government Recognition on February 2, 2012. With this, the founders became more zealous in pursuing its vision for the school.
The school’s journey was not made easy for sometime, until in October 2009 the Preschool Department and the Grade School Department were granted its recognition by the Department of Education - where this account brought the school in its new dimension because the government recognition made the school known in its nearby environs and later on in the City of Sta. Rosa.
In April 27, 2018 the School had its first INTERNATIONAL linkage with Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry, Thai Nguyen City Province of Vietnam.
The school confidently moves on, in its vision, mission and philosophy perceiving the hands of God in the different events and endeavors it undertakes. Kainos Learning Institute strongly upholds the belief that Christian can provide the leadership to bear witness in their lives, sound moral values and principles so th school firmly carry out its mission in forming the total person and developing their students’ potentials in the pursuit of it mission to Serve and Build the Kingdom of our Living God - the Lord Jesus Christ.
